Project Hessdalen classified this Automatic Measurement Station observation as still unresolved. The marker represents the fixed Blue Box / AMS camera location, not a triangulated position of the observed light.

Official Project Hessdalen analysis: This light is standing still while it slowly become weaker and weaker. It can hardly be seen at all when the video stop recording. The second counter on the screen is then 46. It is difficult to deside wether it should get a blue or yellow mark.
