Project Hessdalen classified this Automatic Measurement Station observation as still unresolved. The marker represents the fixed Blue Box / AMS camera location, not a triangulated position of the observed light.

Official Project Hessdalen analysis: No light can be seen on the video. The light has disappeared before the video started recording. By looking at the picture, you can believe that it might be some kind of noise in the system, just when the camera recorded this line.
