Project Hessdalen classified this Automatic Measurement Station observation as still unresolved. The marker represents the fixed Blue Box / AMS camera location, not a triangulated position of the observed light.

Official Project Hessdalen analysis: This light is constant during the whole videorecording. The first possible natural explanation you think of when you see this, is a drop. But this light does not have the typical form and refaction you can see on all drops.
